How do I self-exclude?
If you need a break from betting, you can ask us to exclude you. You can choose:
Cooling-off period: your account is suspended for at least 24 hours.
Temporary suspension: at least 1 month.
Semi-permanent suspension: at least 3 months.
Permanent self-exclusion: your account is closed and can't be reopened. We'll contact you to return your remaining balance, less any bonus money.
How to ask
Email help@easybet.co.za with your request. We'll confirm it with you by phone, and restrict your account for the period you choose.
Coming back
Your account won't reactivate automatically. A suspended account is only reactivated at your own request, by phone or in person, after a 24-hour cooling-off period or once the fixed period has ended.
