To qualify for the Losing Leg Insurance promotion, the following criteria must be met:

• Customer's account should be FICA verified.

• Each leg on your ticket must have minimum odds of 1.35 or greater, up to a maximum of odds of 4.0.

• Tickets can only be claimed within 7 days after they have been settled.

• The minimum number of legs/matches per bet slip is 7 to qualify.

To claim your bonus, message us via email or live chat with your betting ticket number (slip).

If one leg of your multiple bet fails, you can receive a refund based on the number of legs on your ticket:

• 7 legs: 50% refund

• 8 - 11 legs: 100% refund

• 12 - 15 legs: 1.5X refund

• 16 - 20 legs: 2.5X refund

• 21 - 24 legs: 5X refund

• 25 - 30 legs: 7.5X refund

• 31+ legs: 10X refund

The bonus can only be used on Sports or Lucky numbers (Single Bets) with odds of 2.0 or higher for the "Use bonus" button to work.

Here are some important points to note about the Losing Leg Insurance promotion:

How to credit the bonus

1. If the ticket qualifies for a Losing Leg Refund, Navigate back to User> Click on players account and click Add bonus wallet

   1. Enter Bonus Name: Losing Leg Refund

   2. Bonus wallet expiration time: 14 days

   3. Enter bonus amount equal to a % of his bet slip (see table below) with a max of R2,000

   4. Amount the user needs to rollover equal to 1

   5. Set minimum odds per bet leg (multiple) to 1.01 and minimum odds per bet (single) to 2.0

   6. Allowed amount of bet legs per bet entry = 1 (only single bets allowed)
