Here's how you can earn bonuses by referring your friends to Easybet:

1. Invite a friend to join Easybet. Both of you must be FICA verified.

2. When your friend signs up, they must use your Promo Code which is FRIEND followed by your Phone Number (e.g., FRIEND+0834441188).

3. Your friend must deposit and bet at least R50 of real money. Bonus money does not count towards the referral bet amount.

When your friends use your Promo Code to sign up, they will receive a R50 Sign Up Bonus along with 25 Free Spins. Additionally, they have 7 days from their registration date to meet the deposit and bet requirements.

Once your friend(s) have met the requirements, we will automatically credit your Bonus Wallet with R200 within 48 hours. You will receive an SMS notification once your bonus has been issued.

It's important to be aware of the following terms and conditions regarding the Referral Bonus Program:

• The R200 Bonus must be wagered once at 1/1 (2.0) or higher on Sports before it can be transferred to your Main Funds wallet.

• There is no limit to the number of friends you can refer.

• Bets placed with Bonus Bets cannot be cashed out.

• Maximum win limits apply per bet and cannot exceed R1000.

• If the stake rollover requirement is not met within ten days, any funds in the bonus balance will be forfeited.

• Bets on certain games do not contribute to the bonus requirements.

• Bonus Bets cannot be combined with 'real money' stakes.

• Bonus Bets cannot be redeemed for cash at any time.

• This promotion is only available to users 18 years or older.

Why did I not receive my refer a friend bonus?

• Check if the customer's friend used his promo code that should be the word FRIEND+his phone number.

• Check if both the customer's friend and him/her are FICA Verified. That means that his ID and proof of address have been approved.

• Check if the customer's friend has deposited a minimum of R50 and placed it all in bets.

• Check if the customer's friend has met the requirements above with in 7days from his/her friend's registration.

How can I withdraw my winnings from my bonus?

Make sure to check the customer's account if he/she has transferred his bonus to his main wallet. Please see the screenshots below on how to check

If the customer's balance on the bonus wallet still has an amount that means he/she will need to transfer his winnings to his main wallet for him to withdraw it. Note: Customers can only transfer the bonus if they have met the 100% rollover requirements with in 10days from their registration date and if the bonus has not expired. Also make sure that the customer does not have any unsettled bets on his/her account since the system will not enable the transfer function if there are active bets.


How do I transfer bonus funds to my main wallet?

Click on your BALANCE on the top right of your screen.

Click on BONUS OFFERS.

Make sure that Active is selected. When Active is selected, it will turn yellow.

Here your promotion offers will be listed, including your bonuses.

Click the WHITE ARROW on the far right to open the Bonus Wallets menu.

Your turnover percentage must be 100% to transfer your funds. Otherwise, you have not met the bonus rollover requirements and you cannot transfer yet.

Click "TRANSFER AVAILABLE AMOUNT TO MAIN WALLET" to transfer your bonus to your main wallet once you see the turnover has met the 100% requirement.

How can I use the refer a friend bonus?

The customer can only use the refer a friend bonus on sports (Single Bets) with odds of 2.0 or higher and make sure that the expected winnings does not exceed R1000 for the Use Bonus Button to work.
