Before you can claim your Birthday Bonus, your user account must be successfully FICA'd. This verification process is necessary to ensure the security of your account.

Your Bonus Wallet cash can be used exclusively on Sports (Single Bets) with odds of 2.0 or higher. The Birthday Bonus is valid for 10 days from the day it is credited. Additionally, 10 free spins on Sweet Bonanza will be credited, which can be found under Vegas Games. Unused free spins will expire after 2 days.

Before you can withdraw the bonus, you must transfer it to your main wallet and meet the 100% rollover requirements within 10 days of the credit. If the rollover requirements are not met within the specified time frame, the bonus will be forfeited. Ensure there are no unsettled bets on your account before transferring the bonus.

To transfer bonus funds to your main wallet, follow these steps:

2. Click on BONUS OFFERS and ensure Active is selected.

3. Click the WHITE ARROW to open the Bonus Wallets menu.

4. Ensure your turnover percentage is 100% to transfer the funds.

5. Click "TRANSFER AVAILABLE AMOUNT TO MAIN WALLET" once the turnover requirement is met.

The Birthday Bonus must be wagered three times at odds of 1/1 (2.0) or higher before it can be moved to your Main Funds wallet. Certain bets do not contribute to the wagering requirements, such as those placed on Lucky Numbers, Vegas Games, virtual sports, slots, and BetGames products.

It's important to note the following additional terms and conditions:

• Maximum total win from a Bonus Bet is R2,000. Any transfer to a Main Wallet over R2,000 from a Bonus Wallet will be manually deducted to equal R2,000. 

• The maximum real money payout using your Bonus Rounds is R1,000, any amount over R1,000 will be deducted from your Main Funds Wallet.

• Bonus Bets cannot be combined with 'real money' stakes.

• Bets placed with Bonus Bets cannot be cashed out.

• Players can only have one active bonus at a time.
