Note: Customers can only transfer the bonus if they have met the 100% rollover requirements with in 10 days when the bonus was credited. If the bonus has not expired or the rollover requirements were not met with in 10 days when the bonus was credited it will be forfeited and can no longer be transferred. How do I transfer bonus funds to my main wallet?

Click on your BALANCE on the top right of your screen.

Click on BONUS OFFERS.

Make sure that Active is selected. When Active is selected, it will turn yellow.

Here your promotion offers will be listed, including your bonuses.

Click the WHITE ARROW on the far right to open the Bonus Wallets menu.

Your turnover percentage must be 100% to transfer your funds. Otherwise, you have not met the bonus rollover requirements and you cannot transfer yet.
