How long will my withdrawal take?

We review every withdrawal within 24 hours. Once it's approved:
Bank account (Instant EFT): usually within 30 minutes
FNB eWallet, Standard Bank Instant Money, Nedbank Cardless, OTT, Shoprite and airtime: paid as soon as it's approved
ABSA CashSend: about 24–48 business hours
Weekends and public holidays can take longer, and large amounts may be paid in more than one transaction.
For security reasons, we approve up to two withdrawals in any 24 hours. Any other withdrawal requests stay pending and are processed once the 24 hours have passed.
You can check the status under Transactions > Withdrawals. To cancel a pending withdrawal, tap your balance, go to Transactions, select the withdrawal and click Cancel Request under Action.
