How long will my withdrawal take?

We make every effort to process your withdrawals as quickly as possible. Your withdrawal will be processed within 24 hours of being received.
Once approved, banks generally take 1 to 2 business days to reflect the funds in your account, depending on the bank you use.
For security reasons, we can only approve up to two withdrawals every 24 hours. Any additional withdrawals will be processed once the 24-hour period has passed.
If you’d like to cancel your withdrawal, click on your balance in the top-right corner, go to Transactions, select the withdrawal request you’d like to cancel, and click ‘Cancel Request’ under Action.
