Why was my withdrawal rejected?

There may be several reasons for cancellation:

  • Only payment means and bank accounts in the Easybet account holder’s name may be used for withdrawals.

  • The payout of Promo funds and marketing bonuses are subject to the terms and conditions of the promotion.

  • If you request the withdrawal of the amounts you paid into your account instead of using them to participate in our broad line-up of services, Easybet is entitled to cancel such requests instead of paying out the money as requested.

  • In the case of credit card payments, Easybet reserves the right to demand a copy of the credit card for examination in certain cases.

  • Withdrawals cannot be performed until your account is fully FICA’d. Please provide us with an ID, bank statement and proof of address not older than 3 months, in order to fully verify your account.

  • You have not played through the full value of your deposit.

  • If you won using BONUS FUNDS or BONUS SPINS and did not make a DEPOSIT OF R99 and placed a cumulative total of R99 in "REAL MONEY" bets at ODDS OF 2.0 (1/1) OR HIGHER, your withdrawal request will be rejected. Click here to learn more.

  • Your withdrawal request was rejected because the BANK DETAILS provided could not be verified.

  • Your INITIAL WITHDRAWAL must be directed to your bank account; subsequent withdrawals can then be made to OTT eWallet or Instant Money.
