Are there any limits for withdrawals?

There are limits based on the method of withdrawal or the time the withdrawal request is made.

For Instant Money or eWallet withdrawals, the withdrawal limit is R5,000 per day and R25,000 in a calendar month.

We’ve made a small update to our withdrawal process to help keep your account safe and secure.

Here’s what’s new:

• For account security purposes, we can only approve 2 withdrawals every 24hrs.

• Any additional withdrawal requests made on the same day will be processed the following day.

These changes help us ensure smoother transactions and protect accounts from potential risks.
