How do I make a withdrawal?
Log in to your account and select WITHDRAW. You will then be presented with a list of withdrawal options. Select which one you wish to use and follow the instructions provided.
What’s the procedure?
All withdrawals are reviewed by our team and must be approved; this can take up to 24 hours. For security reasons, we approve up to two withdrawals in any 24 hours. Any other withdrawal requests stay pending and are processed once the 24 hours have passed.
You can withdraw to your bank account (Instant EFT), or use FNB eWallet, Standard Bank Instant Money, OTT Voucher or Shoprite. To see all withdrawal methods and their limits, log in and go to easybet.co.za/my-account/withdraw. The account or cellphone number must be in your name.
Until the withdrawal is marked as ‘Reviewed’ by our review team, you may reverse it and have the funds added back to your account. To do this, go to transactions, click ‘Withdrawal’, and find the withdrawal request you would like to cancel. Once cancelled, the money will automatically be deposited back into your Easybet account.
Are there fees?
We don't charge withdrawal fees, with one exception: if you deposit more than R15,000 in a calendar month using pre-paid vouchers, a 6% handling fee applies when you withdraw. This fee is waived if you first wager the voucher amount once on Sports or Lucky Numbers, or three times on live games, virtuals, slots or Aviator.
