How do I make a withdrawal?

Log in to your account and select WITHDRAW. You will then be presented with a list of withdrawal options. Select which one you wish to use and follow the instructions provided.

• All withdrawals are reviewed by our internal review team and must be approved; this process can take up to 24 hours. If you have unused bonus money in your account, your withdrawal may be cancelled.

• Funds can be withdrawn using either Instant EFT through OZOW or Instant Money and eWallet using OTT. Your winnings will be sent to your account or registered cell phone number. The account must belong to you and be registered in your name.

• Until the withdrawal is marked as ‘Reviewed’ by our review team, you may reverse it and have the funds added back to your account. To do this, go to transactions, click ‘Withdrawal’, and find the withdrawal request you would like to cancel. Once cancelled, the money will automatically be deposited back into your Easybet account.
