Why did my FICA documents get rejected?

The following are the reasons why FICA documents get rejected:

FOR ID DOCUMENT

- The information in your ID doesn't match the information in our system.

- The ID copy sent is unclear

- You sent a scanned copy with no date stamp or date of verification.

- You sent a scanned copy with a date stamp that is outdated or older than 3 months.

FOR PROOF OF RESIDENCE

- You sent a document with no details about your address.

- You sent a document that is older than 3 months.

- The information in your document doesn't match the information in our system.

- Your proof of residence is not on our list of accepted documents.
