What Type of Documents are Accepted?

We accept several forms of identification, including: 

• Driver’s license

• Green ID Book

• Passport

• Smart card ID (Front and back) 

For proof of residence, we will accept one of the following that must be no older than 3 Months: 

• Municipal Rates & Taxes

• Bank Statement

• Telkom Statement

• Cell Phone Account

• Property Rental or Lease Agreement

• Mortgage/Home Loan Statement

• Recent Motor Vehicle Registration Document

• Municipal Councilor's Letter

• Municipal Water Statement

• Medical Aid Statement

Please make sure that you submit a clear copy of your ID and Proof of Residence to avoid delay in the verification of your documents.
