There could be a few reasons why your bet is not settled:

  • You've placed an Outright bet. To view open bets, navigate to MY BETS.

  • There may be a postponement of the game you've placed a bet on.

  • Final results may occasionally be delayed because they need to be verified by official sources.

  • In the case of live bets, the bets are followed as the event develops in real-time. The settlement could be delayed in some circumstances.

For further assistance on bet settlements, simply message our Customer Support team with your Betslip ID and Easybet account details:

  • Name & surname

  • Email address or user ID

  • Bet slip ID

We'll check our system for any possible issue related to your bet.

Tip: If a customer reaches out regarding a bet slip that's not yet settled, please search for the Tournament and the particular game on google and double check if the game has already concluded before asking Aardvark.
