Restrictions on betting

16.1. No directors, employees, partners or affiliates of Easybet are permitted to place any bets or hold a betting account with Easybet.

16.2. No person who in any manner participates in an event on which betting is offered by Easybet may place a bet on any such event with Easybet

16.3. Any bets placed and/or erroneously accepted in contravention of Clauses 16.1 or 16.2 shall be declared void and cancelled.

16.4. Syndicate Betting is strictly prohibited by Easybet. Syndicate Betting occurs when a group of persons acts together for the purposes of placing a bet or series of bets on the same event or market. Easybet reserves the right to void all bets in relation to such Syndicate Betting and to withhold payment of winnings, whether temporarily or permanently, pending the conduct of (and contingent upon the outcome of) an investigation.
