Withdrawals
7.1. Easybet shall credit the Customer’s account in respect of winnings and refunds accruing to the Customer in consequence of bets placed on an ongoing basis.
7.2. Amounts standing to the credit of a Customer’s betting account may be withdrawn via the Easybet platform by the Customer, by selecting the function “Withdrawal” on the website or mobile application. In each such case, the Customer will be prompted to populate a series of fields displayed with the identifying details of the account into which payment is requested to be made (“the Nominated Account”).
7.3. No withdrawal requests will be processed where the Customer has requested payment to be made into a banking account in the name of any person other than that of the Customer. For the avoidance of doubt –
Settlements and/or payments in respect of betting accounts shall be made to the account holder only, and not under any circumstances to any third party;
The Customer’s right to payment is not transferable to any other person, and
If the Customer wishes to replace its Nominated Account with another banking account for the purposes of payment, this will be permitted only once the Customer has formally directed a request to this effect to Easybet, and Easybet has satisfied itself that the account is a valid banking account in the name of the Customer. The Customer will once again be requested to furnish proof regarding the new account.
7.4. Withdrawals may require multiple transactions over a number of days, based on payment provider limitations.
7.5. Charges may be incurred in respect of withdrawals, of which the Customer will be clearly informed upon requesting any such withdrawal.
7.6. The Customer shall be solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the banking information supplied in a withdrawal request, Easybet shall accept no liability whatsoever for errors made by the Customer in this regard.
7.7. On receipt of a withdrawal request, Easybet reserves the right to -
perform such investigation as may be required to confirm that the amount requested by the Customer, after effecting all deductions or adjustments which may be required, is available to be transferred from the Customer’s betting account to the banking account nominated by the Customer for this purpose;
if the requested amount is not available in the Customer’s betting account, inform the Customer in such manner as Easybet may deem fit, that the request has been declined;
in the event that the requested amount is available in the Customer’s betting account and, provided the Customer has not been placed in fraud review, effect, within 72 hours of confirming the availability of the amount, the electronic transfer of the requested amount from the Easybet account of the Customer to the account nominated by the Customer; provided that, for the purposes of this Clause, Easybet shall be deemed to have fully complied with its obligation to effect such transfer at the time of giving the instruction to its bankers to effect such transfer and the 72-hour period contemplated in this Clause shall not include such further period as may elapse before the requested amount is deposited into the banking account nominated by the Customer for this purpose, and
immediately reduce the balance standing to the credit of the Easybet betting account of the Customer by the amount so transferred.
7.8. Any withdrawal requested by a Customer may be withheld by Easybet pending payment by the Customer to Easybet of all monies owing to it by the Customer.
7.9. Before Easybet can process a withdrawal into a customer’s bank account, the following need to be verified by Easybet:
the identity of the customer. Easybet requires a copy of the customer’s South African identification document (or passport if the customer does not hold a South African identification document); and
residential address of the customer. Easybet requires a utility bill displaying the customer's full name and address (no older than 3 months); and
banking details of the customer. Easybet requires proof of banking details by way of a bank statement (no older than 3 months) if you are withdrawing by EFT Bank Transfer.

7.10. Before any withdrawals are processed, Easybet reserves the right to review the Customer’s play for any Prohibited Activity. For the purposes of these Terms, Prohibited Activity shall include any activity or occurrence described in Clause 11.2 of these Terms. Should it be determined that any Prohibited Activity has taken place, Easybet reserves the right to withhold any withdrawals and/or confiscate/recover all winnings that it reasonably believes are related to the Prohibited Activity.
7.11. If the value of a deposit has not been played through in full once before a withdrawal is requested, Easybet reserves the right to refuse a requested withdrawal until the value of such deposit has been played through in full. Under no circumstances will refunds be considered for Easyload, 1voucher, OTT and Bluvoucher voucher transactions.
7.12. In the event that funds are incorrectly credited to the Customer’s betting account –
it shall be incumbent on the Customer to notify Easybet of the aforesaid error without delay;
any such amount shall be held in trust by the Customer and shall not be withdrawn from the Customer’s betting account;
any such amount shall be recovered from the Customer’s betting account by Easybet or returned to Easybet on demand, and
unless otherwise notified by Easybet, any betting transactions concluded by the Customer subsequent to the error shall be void.
7.13. Under no circumstances will a withdrawal be processed if a customer has never made a deposit.
7.14 If you make a withdrawal, any existing bonus balance in your bonus account will be forfeited, and your bonus balance will go to 0.
7.15 Your initial withdrawal must be directed to your bank account; subsequent withdrawals can then be made to eWallet or Celbux.
7.16 For deposits using pre-paid vouchers that exceed R15,000 in a calendar month, a 6% handling fee will be charged upon withdrawal. For example, if you deposit R15,000 via Blu voucher, R900 will be deducted when you withdraw. However, this fee is waived if the voucher amount is wagered once on sports betting or lottery or three times on live games, virtuals, slots, or Aviator before withdrawal.
