There could be a few reasons why your bet is not settled:
You've placed an Outright bet. To view open bets, navigate to MY BETS.
There may be a postponement of the game you've placed a bet on.
Final results may occasionally be delayed because they need to be verified by official sources.
In the case of live bets, the bets are followed as the event develops in real-time. The settlement could be delayed in some circumstances.

Name & surname
Email address or user ID
Bet slip ID
