• Customer's account must be FICA verified.

• Losses on Sports (pre-match and in-play) "real money" bets placed from Monday to Sunday of the previous week.

• Bets placed on Easy Spins, Vegas Games, or Virtual Games do not qualify for this cashback.

• Cash Back is credited every Thursday of the following week.

The percentage of cashback received is based on the customer's deposit from Monday to Sunday:

• If you have net losses of R500+ from Monday to Sunday, you will receive 15% Cash Back.

• If you have net losses between R99 and R499 from Monday to Sunday, you will receive 10% Cash Back.

• If you have net losses of less than R99 from Monday to Sunday, you will not be eligible for the Cash Back promotion.

• Net losses are calculated for settled bets only, including issued non-casino bonuses. Invalid or cancelled bets, and cashed-out bets will not count toward your net losses. Here’s how it works:

  • Net Losses = Total Losses - Total Winnings - Non-Casino Bonuses (for the period).

• For example, if you have R3500 in total losses and R1500 in total winnings, with R1000 in Non-Casino Bonuses, your net losses would be calculated as follows:

  • R3500 (losses) - R1500 (winnings) - R1000 (non-casino bonuses) = R1000 net losses.

• Therefore, you would receive 15% of your net losses back as a Bonus Bet, which in this case would be R150.

• You will only keep the winnings of the Bonus bets. The stake will not be returned back to you.

• Minimum Cash Back to be added per week is R10.

• Maximum Cash Back per week cannot exceed R5 000.

Your Cashback Bonus must be wagered once at 1/2 (1.50) odds or higher before it can be moved to your Main Funds wallet.

Invalid or cancelled bets, draw bets, and cashed-out bets do not count towards deposit or bonus rollover requirements.
