How to FICA my account?

ID VERIFICATION
Log in to your Easybet account.
Go to FICA MY Account.
Select Manual and click Upload Files.
Upload one of: ID document, Passport, or Driver’s License (front and back if applicable).
After upload you’ll see a confirmation message at the top-right of your screen.
You’re all set — we’ll review your documents.
Address Proof Verification
Log in to your Easybet account.
Go to FICA My Account.
Under Address Proof, upload your document (utility bill or bank statement).
Click “Upload file”.
You’re all set — we’ll review your documents within 24 hours.
Notes:Document must be issued within the last 3 months.
Accepted file types: PNG, JPG, PDF.
