Net losses are calculated for settled bets only, including issued non-casino bonuses. Invalid or cancelled bets, and cashed-out bets will not count toward your net losses. Here’s how it works:
Net Losses = Total Losses - Total Winnings - Non-Casino Bonuses (for the period).
For example, if you have R3500 in total losses and R1500 in total winnings, with R1000 in Non-Casino Bonuses, your net losses would be calculated as follows:
R3500 (losses) - R1500 (winnings) - R1000 (non-casino bonuses) = R1000 net losses.
Therefore, you would receive 15% of your net losses back as a Bonus Bet, which in this case would be R150.
