How are Free Spins calculated?

Free Spins are calculated based on net losses from settled bets:
Net Losses = Total Losses - Total Winnings - Bonus Flights Issued (for the period).
Customers with net losses from qualifying bets receive 5% or 10% Cash Back in Free Flights the following Tuesday.
