Why is my account disabled?
Possible reasons why the account has been disabled:
It appears you've been INACTIVE for at least a month since registering.
We haven't received any FICA documents from you within the first month of registration.
Your account has been tagged as a POSSIBLE DUPLICATE.
Your account was tagged as a Fraud Suspect.
Can I still reactivate My Account?
INACTIVE ACCOUNT:
YES, all you have to do is start transacting with us, such as making real money deposits and placing bets.
NOT FICA VERIFIED:
YES, if you can submit your FICA documents and have them approved, we can reactivate the account in no time.
POSSIBLE DUPLICATE:
NO, please note that if you've created more than one account with us, both your main and duplicate accounts will be disabled and cannot be reinstated. However, any real money deposits you've made will be refunded.
FRAUD SUSPECT:
YES, if you can submit valid and legitimate FICA documents, we can reactivate your account. However, if you submit fake documents multiple times, we will have no choice but to keep the account closed and possibly ban you from the platform.
